By accessing or using the CentSight platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CentSight provides AI-powered financial intelligence and analytics for businesses. Our platform connects to your accounting software via read-only integrations and provides real-time insights, cash flow analysis, anomaly detection, and conversational financial queries.

3. Account Registration

To use CentSight, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Access and Permissions

When you connect your accounting platform, you grant CentSight read-only access to your financial data for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We will never:

• Modify, delete, or create transactions in your accounting system.
• Share your financial data with third parties without your consent.
• Use your data for purposes other than delivering our Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

CentSight offers subscription-based pricing with monthly and annual billing options. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the Service to process data of individuals without their consent.

8. Intellectual Property

CentSight and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CentSight Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. Your data remains your property at all times.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. CentSight does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The financial insights provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CentSight Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CentSight in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
